At Ajikitcho Horie and Ajikitcho Bunbu-an, consideration is taken to accommodate those with food preferences or dietary restrictions, such as those with food allergies, food that cannot be eaten to due to religious beliefs, vegetarians etc. Utmost care is taken to serve our Japanese cuisine using ingredients and proper cooking methods to accommodate customers wishes. Under the concept of “Muslim Friendly”, our restaurant uses the proper ingredients, seasoning, and cooking methods for a pork-free (no pork) menu which can be provided for our Japanese cuisine.
